Reservation Policy:
PREPAYMENT: A prepayment equivalent to the total amount of the reservation will be charged upon booking. This is non refundable.
Modifications: Reservation can be modified at least a day prior to check in without charges.
Cancellation is not allowed. The 100% prepayment is non-refundable
No-show Policy: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Check-in Requirements:
Pursuant to IATF Advisory, staycation guests shall be allowed in DOT-Accredited Accommodation Establishment under Alert Level 1:
- All adult individuals 18 years old and above needs to be fully vaccinated. 17 years old below will not be required to present negative RT/PCR/Nasal Antigen test results provided that the accompanying parents/guardians are all fully vaccinated.
- We will now accept unvaccinated guests as well as who only have 1st dose provided with a presentation of negative "Nasal Antigen" result taken 48 hours prior check-in.
Additional health protocol reminders:
- Pregnant women, senior citizens, and PWD guests are completely welcome as long as they are all fully vaccinated.
- We require each guest to wear face mask upon entry and implement minimum health standards.
- All adult occupants must present any valid government issued ID and vaccination card upon check in and accomplish our health declaration and contact tracing form through StaySafe App QR Code.
