PREPAYMENT: Prepayment equal to 100% of the total price will be charged upon reservation. Non-refundable Rate.

Cancellations made will less than 7 days will be charged the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations on the check-in date are not allowed

No-show Policy: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

| Check-in Requirements: |
|
Pursuant to IATF Advisory, staycation guests shall be allowed in DOT-Accredited Accommodation Establishment under Alert Level 1:
- All adult individuals 18 years old and above needs to be fully vaccinated.
- Pregnant women, senior citizens, and PWD guests are completely welcome as long as they are all fully vaccinated.
- 17 years old below will not be required to present negative RT/PCR/Antigen test results provided that the accompanying parents/guardians are all fully vaccinated.
- We will now accept unvaccinated guests as well as those who only have 1st dose provided with a presentation of negative "Antigen" result taken 48 hours prior check-in (with clinic/hospital certification or can be acquired at the Hotel from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm).
- Please be reminded to implement minimum health standards.
- Kindly send us a scanned copy of vaccination cards of all adult occupants at tbc-reservations@thebayleaf.com.ph as part of the reservation process.
For validation of documents, all adult occupants must present valid government issued IDs and vaccination cards upon check in.
